Feva Forum - 'New for the Nationals'
We hope we have answered most of the questions you may have about the Nationals, but for anything else there is a new 'members only' Feva Forum below.

How do I get there?
If you have not been to Hayling Island Sailing Club (HISC) before do not assume that you simply drive over the bridge onto Hayling Island and follow the signs!
Check out the HISC website for directions here.
See our Google map of sailing clubs for directions here.
Or, if relying on SatNav the full address is: Sandy Point, Hayling Island, Hampshire, PO11 9SL
Latitude: 50° 47' 8.39" N - Longitude: -0° 56' 14.78" E
You will be able to drive into the club to drop off your boat but parking (unless you are a HISC member) will be along the causeway and possibly a short walk away. Something to keep in mind when packing!

Where can I stay?
Info on accommodation at Hayling Island Sailing Club is here.
Info on the nearest campsite - Fishery Creek Touring Park - is here, and for the best creek-side pitches we suggest booking early!
Other accommodation on Hayling Island can be found via the community website guide here.
The Sailing Accommodation website is here. Remember, if you find somewhere to stay off the Island it's a six mile drive from the bridge to the sailing club.
If you have accommodation available, or can recommend any accommodation close to the sailing club, please post details on the Feva Forum below.

Is it for me?
For Feva sailors there's no other UK event quite like the Nationals. Currently ranked 11 out of 317 in the Yachts & Yachting National Championship Attendance Table for the number of boats sailing, it is simply an awesome event! Yet despite its size it has all the hallmarks of other Feva events - superb sailing and serious fun . . the best of times on and off the water.
Most sailors find their first Nationals a little daunting. If it's your first Feva Nationals and have any queries please contact Debbie Darling, RS Feva Association Secretary by phone on 07792 108678 or via email to debbie@rs-association.com - remember you are not alone! We have number of 'first timers' at the Nationals each year and every one is very welcome. Please indicate if it's your first Feva Nationals on the entry form.
